Its become a sin to expect honest movie reviews, that too online. I read this movie review in rediff and I say the guy seriuosly desererves a Keta( Kick in the ass). And why not? How the eff can you give a 4 to such a rotten movie man? Come on growup! If you have made money writing the reveiw, thats okay, I will excuse you. No body paid me, so let me write the review that the movie truly deserves. This movie is a gross insult to all those movie goers who went to the theatre expecting a good movie. Truly Kamal Hasan has taken Indian audience for granted and churned out this third grade film. How else can you explain the silly plot, Abysmal acting, cheap graphics, irritating mimicry for dialogues and the shoddy makeup in this film?
When every thing in India is changing, why can't the way these movies are made be changed? Why are we being treated to this third grade special effects? Why can't Indian movie producers grow up and use state of the art graphics and editing techinques? The fact that they are unable to some thing akin Titanic that was shot some 8 years back is an insult to the technology industry of India. Honestly its a horrible movie whcih looks good only in posters. Terrible tawdry stuff believe me. Any one with average intelligence and a flair for south Indian Cinema can make out that the roles were imposed onto the movie. 5 of the 10 roles he acted were unnecessary. One feels he is unnecessaerliy bombarded with characters, much worse, all impersonations of Kamal. The comedy is such a niusance that you feel like getting up and shouting "what the eff" only civilisation and decency pin you to the seat. Except for Mallika Sherawat, every thing else is boring and unentertaining. She for sure has come a long way post-Murder. The music is mediocore, background score equally grouse. All in all a through waste fo time and money. The movie is devoid of quality and tawdryness of the movie is quiet overwhelming.
